October Integration Program 2024

Including: 4 LIVE SESSIONS

• This program is for you who is longing to take it to the next level.

This is the bridge between SPIRITUALITY and EVERYDAY LIFE.
It is not for you who wishes to leave the society behind and move to a spiritual community forever. This is for you that longs to integrate the spiritual community within and bring it with you anywhere.

A glimpse into a new potential.  Themes will be such as relationships, communication, love and crisis. The live sessions will be including embodiment & energetic practices, group-sharing, and teachings. 
You will additionally be handed tools in 'integrating your practice' for specific and complex life-situations.

Online Group Calls:

Every Monday in October starting 7th of October

5.15pm- 6.15 pm CET time

If you miss the live call, you will have access to the recording.
+ You will be part of a Telegram Group with the rest of the group during the month for daily support and inspiration.

The individual session:
Get in depth with me in person to explore blind zones as your own spiritual practice meets everyday life. This is a unique opportunity to look at your personal patterns and life situation in depth. This session will complement what you learn in the group session.
