This course and sacred space represents a complete update from the previous offerings I’ve shared with you. **Finally, the time has come!** We have space and availability for this transformative experience from March to May, and the best part—it's just a short distance from Stockholm!
This course is designed to guide you into a deeper connection with your body than you ever thought possible while expanding the dynamic interplay between the feminine and masculine energies. You will leave feeling fully charged, with a renewed sense of self-love, purpose, and meaning. Expect to experience more pleasure and a heightened sense of fulfillment in life. As always, you’ll learn powerful new skills in energy, touch, and *inner positioning* that you can seamlessly integrate into your everyday life and relationships.
By the end of the course, you will become the lover you’ve always longed to be. **Inside the Temple: "Hall of Mirrors"** Expect vulnerable sharing (with optional clear feedback), yoga sessions tailored for the women's body, energy activations, tantric practices, dance, cacao ritual, and much more.
Each session is specifically attuned to the goddesses in the group, with some special practices revealed only for participants to enhance your experience.
This ceremonial space will leave you craving more, filling your life with deep meaning, connection, and transformation that will continue long after our sessions. The container we create together is powerful, and it will support and guide you in the transformation you've been waiting for.

A Course for Women and a ceremonial waterhole close to Stockholm. Including: Ceremonial Sisterhood: Dance, Healing Sessions, Sharings, Polarity work and Tantric & Yogic Teachings. Home practice in-between groups and a telegram group for weekly inspiration.
😈What is the Integrated Woman’s Course?
If you have not been in Salilas creation before you will be initated into a deep nourishing space for your body and energy. This is a waterhole for women to come, be, realease and celebrate. With that said. You will be guided through personalized yoga aimed for circulation in the female body. Along the course, you will be given powerful tools to train your muscle of energy and expansion. There will be ceremony.
⚔️For all guided practices goes:
🗡️ Less is more and Salila has an expertise in giving on point instructions that will allow the space to deepen
🗡️ You are your own guide. The space holder has a skill of reading the room and support and challenge those that already has an advance practice as well
🗡️ Respect for the space. Guidelines and agreements will be introduced such as confidenciality, boundaries and spacial awareness.
🪞 We will have sharings and intention rituals and and Therapeutic Arts aim to support the room to be more clear and precise in what we call in and create. We will look at blindspots and it will not always be comfortable.
🗣️ There will be lectures aka Q&A on themes of Tntra, Ceremony and energy work for our minds to rest in an integration of our expereinece. Salila comes from the filed of neuropsychology so there will be a rich language to widen your own conceptualization.

🗺️ Location: 10 min south of Stockholm
🚍 The train or metro ride here is the perfect opportunity for journaling, silence, reflection into intention (and later into the program home practice). As you arrive to Farsta strand there is a 12 min nature walk that takes you to the place.
